Criteria Advances
Advances in Mathematics published a paper by Giuliano Romeo, Kuba Krasensky, and Vita. In the article, we consider universality criterion sets, i.e., generalizations of the 15- and 290-Theorems. Specifically, we use a novel characterization of minimal criterion sets to show that they always exist and are unique, and that they must contain certain explicit elements.
